World Toilet Day (WTD) is an official United Nations international observance day on 19thNovember every year to inspire action to tackle the global sanitation crises.

On 15th August, 2021, Sunday, Tamralipta Mahavidyalaya celebrated India’s 75th Independence Day under the leadership of Principal Dr. Abdul Motin. This day is observed in commemoration of India’s independence from the United Kingdom, the day when the UK Parliament passed the Indian Independence Act 1947, transferring legislative sovereignty to the Indian Constituent Assembly.
