A student should maintain at least 75% in overall classes. Otherwise, he or she will be debarred from the University Examination.

Students are required to check the Notice Board/WhatsApp Group and also website of the college for important announcements.

Every student must carry his/her identity card within the College Premises.

Latecomers will not be entertained to enter into the classroom.

Every student is expected to maintain the general cleanliness within the classrooms, laboratories and the campus in general.

Every student will remain answerable to the college authority for his/her activity and conduct within the College Premises.

Any malpractice which obstructs teaching, research, administrative activity and other proceedings of the college is strictly prohibited.

Chewing any kinds of tobacco products, smoking or consumption of any other intoxicating products is strictly prohibited.

Playing cards, spitting and loitering in the corridor are strictly prohibited inside the college and shall invite severe punishment/disciplinary action.

Indulging ragging, anti-institutional, antisocial, communal, immoral activities within the Campus and hostel are strongly prohibited as well as punishable.

Use of Cell phones is strictly prohibited during class hour and Examination period.

During leisure hours, students are advised to use the library as maximum as possible.

Students should handle the college properties with proper care. Damage of furniture or any other materials may lead to penalty or suspension from the college.

Without the permission of the Principal, Students are not allowed to circulate any printed materials within the college campus.

Code of Conduct for the Teachers

Teachers are expected to maintain a very high standard of integrity, impartiality and devotion to duty having full regard to the high position held by them in the society.

It is the primary duty of every teacher to be regular, take allotted classes, complete the syllabus in time and design ADD ON courses, class tests, study material, Question Bank and tutorials as may be required for all courses.

Absence without leave, overstay after expiry of leave by the teachers should be avoided. Duty leaves are to be pre sanctioned showing proper documents.

Every teacher shall, to the best of his/ her abilities, perform his duties as may be assigned to him /her by the competent authority pertaining to the internal examinations and University Examinations held at the Institution. Preparation of question papers, evaluation of answer scripts, preparation of mark sheets and uploading marks, invigilation, supervision, acting as Head Examiners and Coordinators are part of such duties.

All teachers are expected to attain and maintain a mutually respectful atmosphere in and outside the institution with respect to one another and also with the members of the Governing Body.

No teacher shall indulge in any activity, which may cause unethical situation among the teachers, non-teaching staff and students on the basis of religion, caste, gender, community, profession etc.

It is obligatory for a teacher to cooperate and assist in carrying out functions relating to educational and administrative responsibilities of the College such as assisting in the admission process, advising and counselling students and other duties as may be required for smooth running of the College.

Teachers should actively participate in Sports, Cultural Activities, Socially Relevant programmes, Excursions etc. along with students in order to ensure overall development of the students.

Every teacher is expected to maintain Self Appresal Book properly and be countersigned by the Head of the institution.

Code of Conduct for the Non-teaching Staff

Non-teaching staff are expected to maintain a very high standard of integrity, impartiality and devotion to their duty.

Every non-teaching staff shall abide by the orders or circulars issued by the concerned authority as to punctuality, regular attendance, completing duties which may be assigned to them from time to time and other instructions contained in such orders or circulars.

Absence without leave, overstay after expiry of leave, leaving the institution without permission from the Head of Institution during working hours, should be avoided.

Every non-teaching staff shall, to the best of his/ her abilities, perform his/her duties as may be assigned to him /her by the competent authority pertaining to the internal and external examinations held at the Institution.

It is obligatory for a non-teaching staff to cooperate and assist in carrying out functions relating to educational responsibilities of the College such as assisting the admission process, sending of papers to the University for Registration and Examinations, preparing salary bills, maintaining records and other duties as may be required for smooth running of the College

No non-teaching staff shall indulge in any activity, which may cause unethical situation among the teachers, non-teaching staff and students on the basis of religion, caste, gender, community, profession etc.
