Conferences focus on learning, although behavior and social concerns are also discussed. The teacher reviews the student’s progress, including strengths and areas in need of improvement. Parent teacher meeting covers the distance among three stakeholders i.e. parent, teacher and student. PTM opens a communication channel that provides an opportunity to exchange daily experience and observation which in turn provide better learning outcome.
